In light of the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus - COVID 19 we thought it appropriate to briefly share with you the steps we are taking to minimise the impact to our customers whilst continuing to support our staff.
To all our existing customers we ask if you could work closely with us in the coming weeks to ensure that there is as little disruption to our services by planning ahead and ordering earlier where possible. This will provide us with some additional time to produce and deliver the goods in the event of high levels of sickness.
We are also working closely with our suppliers to ensure sufficient stock is in place locally to guarantee we remain operational throughout the forthcoming busy period.
All of our customer services and design staff are working from home. Our production team are still working in the factory, observing the social distancing rules. This ensures that we will remain operational during the lockdown phase.
